Reason for return - Doesn't match description
The electric capacity of the jump starter is 1.2 Ah (1200 mAh) instead of the claimed 82800 mAh. The measurements were carried out using an electric energy tester. The results of the measurement are attached. Neither the instruction to the battery, nor the marking on the device itself or the packaging does not confirm the declared capacity of 82800 mAh. The battery does not even have a tenth of the declared capacity. This is an absolute fake and deception. A 10W light bulb does not light from a battery for more than two or two and a half hours. The output 15V does not work at all. It gives out 12.5V as maximum. Refund and negative feedback.
Hi Thank you for your message unfortunately this can't be measured with a normal tester you would need a commercial tester to test this. However you can return it in its original packaging to <адрес куда отправлять> Kind regards
What kind of commercial tester do you mean if an electric lamp rated at 12 volts and 10 watts works from this battery for no more than two and a half hours? After that, the device flashes the emergency LED, requiring recharging, and turns off. If this battery had at least a tenth of the claimed electrical capacity, then the lamp would light for at least ten hours. If you are familiar with the basics of electrical engineering, it is not difficult to calculate without any tester at all. I will return this funny device to you within a few next days and ask you not to sell it in the fiuture. It is an absolute fake.
